Job Requirements:

• At least passed SPM
• Working experience in similar roles in warehouse, logistics or store,
• Computer literate. Good in Microsoft Excel

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Monitors the Finished Goods Inventory Management which includes stocks reconciliation.
• Plans and monitors daily logistics activities comprising transaction documentations, customs clearance, transportation and shipping arrangements.
• Check stock report and issue & check system exit pass and stock out report by using ERP system and prepare monthly stock report.
• Manage department workforce
• Ensures tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse at all time.
• Handles daily warehouse operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met.
• Monitors closely on all imports and exports shipment and documentation as well as customs clearance and exemptions.
• Liaises with relevant customs authority on customs clearance and procedures.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of all matter pertaining to work.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
