Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily F&B operations across service, kitchen, and support teams
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service
• Lead, train, motivate, and retain a strong operational team
• Monitor costs, inventory, wastage, and supplier performance to maximise profitability
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency
• Handle operational challenges proactively and resolve issues on the floor
• Work closely with management to drive business growth and operational excellence

• Proven experience in F&B operations or restaurant management
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
