Overview
The Operations Executive is responsible for the efficient, seamless and efficient operation of the dormitory management. This role involves overseeing facility anagement, resident relations, attending to residents needs and concerns including prompt response and rectification of maintenance issues. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, comfortable, and engaging living environment for all residents while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dormitory operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
• Coordinate repairs, cleaning, and room allocations with the Marketing Department.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, canteen, minimart, and rooms.
• Manage onboarding, check-in/out processes, and enforce access control and visitor policies.
• Address resident concerns, mediate disputes, and organize community-building activities
• Maintain resident records, incident reports, and maintenance logs.
• Prepare and submit reports to management.
• Handle internal and external correspondence professionally.
• Maintain open communication with residents, staff, and management.
• Inform residents about updates, events, and changes in policies or regulations.
• Execute emergency procedures, respond to incidents, and mitigate safety hazards.
• Collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure a safe environment.

Requirements:

• Higher Secondary Education, Trade Certificate, or Diploma with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,829.45 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
