Jawatan Kosong Senior Warehouse Executive in Nusajaya

Job Purpose

To plan, manage, monitor and ensure a smooth and efficient warehouse day-to-day operation while upkeeping timely and accurate inventory of each and every item.

Key Responsibility

1. To oversee and guide the warehouse team to ensure efficient operation and achieve organizational goals.

• Assign task to warehouse staff and ensure proper delegation of individual duties.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Monitor the performance of warehouse staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, objectives and address any concerns or challenges.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication.

2. To monitor and maintain an effective control of inventory to ensure an accurate and smoothly assessable and transparent inventory system.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods, as well as picking, packing and shipping outgoing orders.
• Assist in setting and monitoring inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and minimize cost while ensuring product availability by implementation of minimum and maximum stock control.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies, loss or damage and ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock levels with system records.
• Present findings and recommendations to Senior Management related to warehouse operations.

3. To monitor and improve warehouse processes to ensure efficient and timely operations.

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize warehouse layout, storage systems and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order fulfilment rates and inventory accuracy.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Support for timely and accurate order processing, ensuring proper handling and delivery of goods, and addressing inquiries or concerns related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks or other material handling tools.

4. To utilize inventory software and systems to enhance operational efficiency

• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system or relevant software tools to facilitate inventory management and order tracking.
• Ensure accurate records of the ERP including product information, bin locations and inventory records.
• Monitor system performance of inventory and warehouse data, identify issues and coordinate with IT for timely resolution.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, productivity and efficiency.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of new technologies or system upgrades to enhance warehouse operations and its efficiency.

5. To provide training and focus ongoing skills development of warehouse team to ensure a positive growth and development.

• Develop and implement training programs for new warehouse staffs.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Conduct performance evaluation and identify areas for improvement or additional training.
• Coach team members to support their professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate relevant training materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM5,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• operating ERP and Accounting system: 2 years (Required)
• working experience in the areas of warehouse: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Malay (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
