1. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain and update QA documents, reports, and records.
• Ensure proper filing (hardcopy & softcopy) of inspection reports, COA, test results, and quality checklists.
• Control document versioning and ensure only latest documents are used.
• Assist in preparing documents for audit purposes (internal & external).

2. Quality Inspection Support

• Record daily inspection results from QA/QC Inspectors.
• Prepare quality reports and summaries as requested.
• Update non-conformance reports (NCR) and corrective action records.
• Monitor and follow up on pending quality issues.

3. Data Entry & Reporting

• Key-in quality data into system or Excel.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly QA reports.
• Maintain defect tracking and rejection records.

4. Coordination

• Liaise with production, store, and purchasing departments regarding quality documentation.
• Assist during customer audits or ISO audits.
• Support QA Manager / QA Executive in quality-related tasks.

5. Compliance

• Ensure documentation complies with ISO standards or company quality system.
• Maintain confidentiality of quality and production data.
