Jawatan Kosong R&D ASSISTANT in Ayer Hitam

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Skill Certificate or Diploma in Food Technology/Culinary/ Food Biotechnology or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work independently with effective problem solving skills
• Knowledge of HALAL, GMP, ISO 22000 standards will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in basic laboratory skill
• Female (preferred)

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in R&D of new product
• Responsible for maintaining proper lab documentation
• Perform sensory evaluation, product testing and analysis as per requirement
• Communicate and report to superior if any non-conformance product occurs and offer solutions
• Manage batch samples, conduct shelf life testing and documentation
• Handle food additives and ingredients required for production
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of laboratory. Ensure good housekeeping/ good lab practices in laboratories
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
