Jawatan Kosong SAFETY OFFICER in Ayer Hitam

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, Engineering Discipline or any related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have knowledge in licenses renewal and authority inspections.
• Those registered as Safety and Health Coordinator with JKKP will be an added advantage.
• Male (preferred)

Job Descriptions:

• To carry out and comply with regulations, company's SOPs and ISO 22000.
• Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements (OSHA & DOSH).
• To monitor the safety in organizing and implementing safety and health program at the workplace.
• To ensure safe environment for all workers by conducting safety inspections/risk analyses to detect hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigating accidents and implementing preventative measures.
• Maintaining safety records, documentation, and incident reports in accordance with established protocols.
• Working with management and employees to foster a culture of safety and raise safety awareness.
• Assist in monitoring emergency response plans, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and crisis management.
• Participate in regular audits and inspections of facilities and operations to identify areas of improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of effective waste management practices that comply with legal requirements
• Prepare management report as and when needed
• To adhere and perform task as instructed by superior
