Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and follow up on Detention and Demurrage reports, including payment collection and status tracking.
• Review and verify Maintenance & Repair (MNR) charges, ensuring accuracy before processing collection.
• Prepare and monitor Long Stay and Container on Consignment (COC) reports.
• Check, verify, and ensure the accuracy of all related invoices prior to submission or billing.
• Maintain and update Maintenance & Repair records for internal tracking and reporting.
• Monitor, track, and bill all sublease containers and free-use containers in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Equipment Team as required.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as instructed or assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably with experience in equipment documentation, shipping, logistics, or office administration.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of equipment or inventory systems.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
