Job Requirements:

• Candidate posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/ Finance.
• At least 3 years working experience in accounting field (experience in Manufacturing Accounts would be added advantage).
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Good organizational skills, systematic thinking, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willing to be multi-tasking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of full set of accounts including monthly management reports, required shedules, bank reconciliation, budget monitoring and inter-company reconciliation.
• Timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare cash flow projection, weekly update on cash status, monitor receivable collections.
• Perform submission & monitoring SST Report.
• Verify staff claims.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
• Assists in all audit/tax schedule and audit/tax enquiries from auditors and tax agent for interim/year-end audit.
• Liaison with external parties including debtors, suppliers, bankers, auditors and tax agent.
• Other ad-hoc assignment.

Remuneration:

• Salary range: RM4,000 - RM4,500
