We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage, control, and maintain company documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements. The role ensures that all documents are accurate, up to date, properly approved, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain document control procedures in line with ISO 9001 standards
• Manage the creation, review, approval, distribution, revision, and archiving of controlled documents
• Ensure only current and approved versions of documents are available at points of use
• Maintain document registers, logs, and master lists
• Control records retention, storage, retrieval, and disposal according to company and ISO requirements
• Coordinate with process owners to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
• Support internal and external ISO audits by providing required documentation and records
• Monitor document changes and ensure timely updates and communication
• Train employees on document control procedures when required
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive documents

****Requirement****

- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Able to work overtime

- Have knowledge on ISO doumentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
