Business Admin Internship

• General office support
• To perform any project assign by superior
• Location: (1) Bukit Minyak, Penang (2) Batu Berendam, Melaka

Customer Service Internship

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
• Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Coordinating days to days workflow activities of team members together with respective team lead.
• Location: Batu Berendam, Melaka

HR Internship

• Screening resumes and application forms
• Support in recruitment activities, such as hiring process, interview arrangement, referral program, and branding activities.
• Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
• Run general industry-related errands
• Attend company functions and networking events
• Location: Bukit Minyak, Penang

Job Requirement:
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Admin or other related courses.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
* Knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage.
* No working experience is required.
* Minimum 3 months internship.
* Preferably can continue working after internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM850.00 - RM851.00 per month
