The role leads a team of 4 Direct Reports and about 20+ Indirect reports and oversees the HR function for a manufacturing plant with over 3K staff.

Required: An HR Leader with at least 20 years of HR experience with at least 8 years of people leadership experience in MNCs and the Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM30,000.00 per month
