Jawatan Kosong Account Executive in Kuah

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for all accounting, finance and credit activities by working closely with Group Finance Division in line with the Company’s objective.

Minimum Job Expectations

Operational

1. To prepare monthly and yearly Financial Reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Annual Budget, New Wing Projection Cash Flow and asset management.

2. To be accountable for timely and accurate Financial Reports and MIS reporting, also to provide immediate highlights on indicators of financial trends to the General Manager.

3. To control and monitor cash-flow position, stock control system and fixed assets movement.

4. To monitor and improve internal control system.

5. To support in forecasting, planning and implementing any new operations to the General Manager.

6. To liaise with Group Finance Division (Corporate Office), auditors, tax agents and other relevant parties.

7. To prepare data for financial analysis and assist in tracking and analyzing financial performance.

8. To perform financial planning and analysis, review and control.

9. To lead and participate in ad-hoc improvement initiatives as required.

1. To maintain good working relationships with colleagues / employees and with that of other departments so as to maintain a good productive working environment.

2. To ensure that good communication line is maintained with colleagues and/or subordinates.

4. To report for duty punctually, well groomed, wearing the correct uniform (if any) and name badge (if any) at all times in order to set a good role model for all employees.

5. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

General

1. To perform any related duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the Management / immediate superior.

2. To provide information to customers / target market effectively.

3. To ensure that the image of the Company is maintained within the standards at all times.

4. To maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients and other company employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
