Job Description:

• Understand the fundamentals of performance management, the company's objectives, and the role of HR in driving employee performance.
• Support the HR Manager in implementing procedures that enhance employee performance.
• Gathering and assessing data to identify performance issues and development barriers.
• Identify workplace issues and recommend solutions to overcome barriers to employee performance.
• Review and do 1-2 improvements on the performance management process.
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain reports for Income Tax, EPF, and Socso.
• Keep up-to-date with Malaysia Labor laws, HR laws and regulations, and make sure the company is in compliance at all times.
• Assist in various HR operations functions.
• Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Good problem-solving with the ability to think creatively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Good integrity.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM600.00 per month
