Assistant Manager / Manager (Marketing)

Location: Edufront Johor Office (Iskandar Puteri)

Job Summary

Edufront Learning Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing professional with a strong interest in the education industry to join our growing team. This role is suitable for candidates who are hands-on, strategic and passionate about building impactful education brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Coordinate the design and production of marketing collaterals (digital and print)
• Manage and optimise social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Plan and organise events, roadshows and promotional activities
• Coordinate the development of video and multimedia content
• Support customer service–related marketing initiatives and engagement activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Good organisational, communication, and project coordination skills
• Experience in the education or service industry will be an advantage
