Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Duties:
  • Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, Quotation, Tax Invoice, Memos and Forms.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for documents and records.

• Logistic Duties:
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
  • Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively.
  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
  • Oversee the packaging and dispatch of goods.
  • Track orders to ensure timely delivery and stock take.

Qualifications:

• With or Without experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in logistics or business administration will be an advantage.
• Have own transport.
