This job is responsible to support the plant facility and utility system, operations and building maintenance on a timely manner aiming to be in a safe and good condition and to minimize possible downtime or production loss arising from technical problems.

• Provides support to ensure the effectiveness of plant's facility and utility system, operations including building maintenance to be in safe and good condition (HVAC system, cooling tower, chillers, AHU, ADH).
• Assists the Facilities Lead in the operation and maintenance of electrical system.
• Works closely with stakeholders in facility related functions in plant projects.
• Performs periodical audits and carry out the preventative maintenance as planned.
• To ensure the corrective, preventive and improvement actions are complied with SHE, DOSH, DOE, OSHA requirements, included 5S principles.
• Responsible to oversee and coordinate the smooth process of schedule waste and dust collector management meet on regulation requirement.
Plan and schedule fire fighting equipment preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment are in workable condition and incompliance.

Profile

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years working experience in electrical and facilities management.
• Certified as CePSWaM competent person.
• Knowledge in building maintenance and electrical works are essential.
• Good communication skills both in written and oral English or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good teamwork and stakeholder relationship.
• Be proactive in learning new technologies.
• Good knowledge in handling high-voltage electrical system.
• Experience in handling plant facilities system and equipment such as HVAC system, cooling tower, chillers, AHU, ADH, Schedule Waste, firefighting equipment dan dust collector.
• Knowledgeable in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment.
