Position: Human Resource Executive
Salary: RM3,000- RM3,500
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday ( 9.00AM - 6.00PM )
Location: Lot 2639, Kampung Padang Pak Amin, Bator Jelawat, 16070 Bachok, Kelantan.

Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics.
• Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.
• Assist & manage in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Develop and implement HR ,SOP , Policies and Procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Design, implement, and monitor training programs that address company-wide needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and leave balances.
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee departure and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR support and alignment with overall business goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
