• Memastikan operasi kafe berjalan lancar mengikut SOP yang ditetapkan
• Membuka dan menutup premis mengikut jadual
• Memantau kebersihan kawasan dapur, kaunter dan ruang pelanggan
• Memastikan susun atur dan persekitaran kafe sentiasa kemas dan selamat

2️ Pengurusan Staf

• Menyediakan jadual kerja staf
• Memantau disiplin dan prestasi pekerja
• Memberi latihan asas kepada staf baharu
• Menyelesaikan isu dalaman dan memastikan kerja berpasukan yang baik

3️ Kawalan Stok & Inventori

• Memantau stok bahan mentah dan barangan kafe
• Membuat pesanan bekalan apabila perlu
