Job Responsibilities:

• Recording and Updating Master Report on all the project
• Updating Master Every Oil&Co Driver By Monthly
• Handling Document Order To Filing by Oil&Co
• To Monitor Daily Operation Movement for Gps Up To Date
• To Ensure Driver Turn Over Less <10%
• Handling Document Oder For Every Customer Requirement
• Maintain proper records of all items received and issues.
• May perform department timekeeping
• Other assignment or ad-hock by management.

Job Requirement:

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge and ability to use general office equipment, such as copiers, printers, computers, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform routine tasks (email management, etc). Tasks are standardized actions and procedural that are followed regularly, often repetitiously.
• The ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Maintain concentration, organization and prioritization skills.
• The ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Also perform tasks with a high level of integrity.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with others as a team.
• The ability to define, diagnose, and resolve problems and the ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Willing to learn and improve continuously.
• Transgender highly recommended.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
