• Staff Management:Schedule and manage the security team, provide training, evaluate performance, and ensure professional conduct and adherence to procedures.
• Property & Access Control:Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, monitor closed-circuit television (CCTV) and alarm systems, control access to restricted areas, and manage master keys.
• Emergency Response:Act as a first responder to emergencies like fire, medical incidents, or disturbances, coordinating with external emergency services and initiating appropriate procedures.
• Safety & Audits:Perform physical hazard and safety inspections, ensure fire equipment and evacuation routes are functional, and identify and address potential risks.
• Incident Investigation:Investigate security incidents and accidents, conduct interviews, and prepare detailed reports, maintaining confidentiality.
• Policy & Procedures:Implement and enforce hotel security policies, ensure asset removal policies are followed, and coordinate security for special events.
