Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining store operations, including receiving, recording, storing, and issuing materials or equipment. The role also provides general administrative support and assists in ISO-related documentation or activities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and record incoming materials, parts, and supplies.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of all items in the store.
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
• Conduct regular stock checks and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for material requests and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area.
• Prepare and update documents such as delivery orders, stock cards, and simple administrative forms.
• Support ISO documentation and implementation activities when required.
• Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of working experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Word).
• Familiarity with ISO documentation will be an added advantage.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
