Job Description:

• To inspect architectural works in accordance with construction drawings especially in product specifications, quality control, and timeframe of project
• To ensure that all materials delivered to site are follow to the approved drawings and specifications.
• Issue memo to contractors for non-compliance with the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings, and Specifications
• To regularly report to superiors on the progress of works and prepare relevant documents require for stage billing
• To attend site meetings, progress meetings, design/technical meetings as required
• To carry out final inspections and handovers, and to ensure that all as-built drawings and documents are in order prior to issuance of Certificate of Practical Completion.
• To perform any other task assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Others),Engineering (Civil)
• CIDB Green Card Holder
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience as architectural inspector/c.o.w.
• Preferably Director specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Mandarin,Chinese language for both spoken and written
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, C&S drawings, M&E drawings, Landscape drawings & details
