Job Responsibilities:-

• Will be responsible to do planning and organizing of estate's infrastructure facilities (which involves the construction of roads, bridges, quarters, office & other building work and maintenance within the estate)
• Will be required to assist in the design structure and plan of the buildings required in the estate based on the Management's standard.
• Required to conduct site investigations to monitor work progress
• Assist in resolving design and development problems
• Assist in scheduling the required material and equipment purchases and delivery

Job Requirement:-

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Positive and good working attitude
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of machinery & vehicle operation, maintenance, and repairing are preferred.
• Knowledge in BQ calculation and CAT drawing would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
