Jawatan Kosong Plant Electrical & Instrument Assistant Manager in Bintulu

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the electrical and instrument systems in the plant.

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Developing project scopes, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Reviewing and approving design drawings, calculations, and documents, procuring and managing equipment, materials, and services.
• Conducting site inspections, audits, and tests; troubleshooting technical, problems; providing technical guidance and training to staff and contractors; preparing reports and proposals; as well as implementing policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Supervise and train a team of electrical and instrument technicians.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrument system issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• At least 6-10 years of experience in plant electrical and instrument systems.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrument systems and equipment.
• Proven experience as electrical and instrumentation manager or another managerial role.

• Have a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering as well as managerial and leadership skills.
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
• A Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus.
