To provide a high standard customer service
● To follow all SOP on delivering the standard quality of service
● To be involved in cash handling
● To assist in keeping the sop premises clean and tidy
● To positively contribute to team working in the shop
● To perform grooming session & housekeeping of cat hotel followed by SOP
● To guarantee the cats in custody are safe and comfortable
● To take serious responsibility on service quality
● To help leaders achieve desirable target
● Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues
● To assist cat parents/ customers in choosing the right product for their cats and how to take care of their cats
● To ensure all items received from suppliers are properly counted and accurate.
● To assist in monthly stock checking and quarterly stock take
● To assist in posting of products & services provided by GGK on social media (FB, Instagram, others)
● To follow instructions from superior / Supervisor /Area Manager/ Top Management/ Directors
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
