I. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES

• Evaluating purchase orders status and to create suitable production schedules by estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.
• To coordinate with Production Manager in accordance with materials, labor, and equipment availability and to promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
• To recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes.
• To organize, plan and prepare production flow schedules to establish sequences and lead time for all identified secured projects in close cooperation with the executing project teams.
• To meet shipping dates according to customer orders and projects schedules.
• Constantly optimizes the production processes that can delay schedules and updates the production specifications and schedules accordingly in close coordination with the executing project team to avoid unforeseen requirements.
• Coordinates the production processes and deadlines in cooperation with the purchasing, warehouse and QAQC departments.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• Min 3 - 5 years of experience in related manufacturing field for planner works related.
• Basic computer operation, good communication skills in English and Malay Language, good interpersonal skills and problem solving.
• Independent worker, self-driven personality, service oriented, strong leadership quality & high degree of maturity, proficient in Microsoft Office - (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:48

Working days: Mon - Fri

One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Must not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time.

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Off Day > 8hours & Public Holiday/Rest Day < 8hours office hours) / 3.0 (Rest Day / Public Holiday > 8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below.

Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00

Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

Employee is protected under Group Hospitalization, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accidents & Business Travel Insurance (when required).

SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
