Allied Chemists Laboratory Sdn Bhd Jobs April 2026

• Provide direct administrative support to the Environmental Dept on all work-related matters.
• Prepare and type reports related to environmental monitoring projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Manage the preparation of all outgoing invoices and delivery orders (DO), ensuring all documentation is correctly processed.
• Coordinate and arrange the collection of environmental samples, working closely with field staff and clients.
• Organize and dispatch reports to clients or relevant stakeholders after sample analysis.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and receive incoming facsimiles, promptly delivering messages to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain departmental records, filing systems, and document management to support efficient retrieval of information.
• Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and departmental activities as required.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the operational needs of the Environmental Monitoring Department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
