What is K Youth? :-

In partnership with Khazanah National Berhad, the K-Youth Programme formerly known as MyStep focuses on providing graduates with work readiness preparation and employment opportunities.

K Youth 2024 is 5 months program initiated by the government as a ‘short term employment initiative’ to boost employability amongst graduates. This initiative involves private sectors as well as corporate companies. During the first 2-3 weeks of the program Aisling's professional trainers will conduct training programs to equip the candidates with essential career skills. After the training the candidates will then be sent for on job training to enhance their work knowledge.

Benefits:

• Basic Salary RM1,800 up to RM2,000 (Hospitality)

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree in any field (CGPA of 2.2 >) For Hospitality
• 30 years below
• Unemployed for more than 1 month
• No EPF & SOCSO contribution for past 1-3 months
• Have not joined similar programme (Mystep, SLIM, Protege, K-Youth)
• People-oriented, result-oriented, and willing to adopt new skills
• Possesses strong interest towards being employed
• Must be ready to relocate
• You will be paid during this course.
• Companies can choose to absorb the candidate in full time after completed this program.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
