ACCOUNTABILITY

• Provide an excellent customer service which includes warm welcome greetings, answering questions, handles customer complaints and provides professional recommendations.
• Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances
• Assist stock replenishment and merchandising, and perform daily stock count
• Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise, and act according to company policies.
• Ensure customers are well-informed on any current promotion, rewards programs, activities and store return and customs policies.
• Handle cashier work if necessarily
• Propose stock transfer item and quantity for every SKU

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• 1 year of retail sales experience
• Required to work during week-end and Public Holidays
• 6 days’ work per week according to the shift roster.
• Understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent selling skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and customer-oriented.
• We are in duty-free business selling liquor, wine, chocolates.
