What you'll be doing

• Support engineers and superior in daily production and technical operations.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining aerospace technical documents (work instructions, process sheets, AS9100-related).
• Compile, update, and file part drawings, revisions, and engineering change notices.
• Provide support in production planning and work order preparation.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP, customer requirements).
• Assist in calibration, tooling, and machine readiness documentation.
• Perform a variety of general administrative tasks to department.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in manufacturing (experience in aerospace preferred).
• Knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and production processes.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/MRP systems; is an advantage).
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a high-precision and compliance-driven environment.
