Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pool Bar Manager to lead and elevate our pool bar experience. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, creative, and customer-focused, with a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the pool bar, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Develop and implement innovative cocktail and beverage menus that cater to a diverse international clientele.

Organize and manage live DJ events, poolside parties, and special programs to attract both young and mature crowds.

Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to provide high-quality service.

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pool bar or resort setting.

Proven track record of managing a bar or similar establishment, with strong knowledge of beverage operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for developing new concepts and ideas.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (French, German, Russian) is an advantage.

Familiarity with the hospitality standards and expectations of an international clientele.
