• Menerangkan produk dan servis kepada pelanggan
• Menggalakkan pembelian secara langsung melalui kempen promosi & diskaun
• Merancang dan membangunkan idea kandungan kreatif untuk pelbagai platform laman sosial
• Mengikuti perkembangan semasa, trend sosial media, dan algoritma platform.
• Menghasilkan kandungan dalam pelbagai format : Gambar, Video, reels, stories, post dan dll
• Menjalankan penggambaran dan menyunting video atau imej
• Berinteraksi dengan pengikut melalui, komen, mesej dan balasan.
