Jawatan Kosong Quality Inspector in Simpang Ampat

About us

Eng IBS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading steel processing company in Malaysia, specializing in the supply of high-quality core building materials for Industrialized Building Systems (IBS).

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of WIP, components, and finished products using various measuring tools and equipment to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality checks. Prepare detailed reports on findings, including any non-conformities and corrective actions taken.
• Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
• Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and other issues. Work with production and welding teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring quality issues and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures.
• Ensure all inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Report any malfunctions or need for repairs.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits. Assist in the preparation and response to audit findings.
• Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Quality Assurance section.
• Undertake any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Department Head.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum SPM or equivalent with 1 year working experience.
• Knowledge of computer is preferred.
• Good eyesight.
• Work seriously and responsible, with a strong team spirit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
