Job Opportunity: Sales Team Leader

We’re hiring a Sales Team Leader/Sales Supervisor for our client, a leading player in the Telco (Prepaid & Postpaid) market. If you’re results-driven, passionate about sales, and enjoy building strong relationships, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor: Guide and motivate Sales Executives to maximize their performance.
• Expansion & Strategy: Plan and execute open channel growth, targeting new market opportunities.
• Cluster Management: Oversee all Telco-related businesses (Prepaid & Postpaid) within the area, ensuring strong brand visibility.
• Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales programs to meet quarterly and annual goals for reloads and activations.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on sales data and competitor activities to stay competitive.
• Dealer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to support dealers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with current promotions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Telco or FMCG.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends and off-hours work.
• Diploma/Degree and a valid driver’s license with own transport.
