Job Description

• Check and reconciliation of AP accounts.
• Check all AP invoices to ensure 3 ways matching are done correctly after receive bills from procurement department.
• Prepare payment when subcontractors and suppliers bills are due including posting payment transactions to system correctly
• Updating cash book, ensure all cheques and remittance issue are recorded immediately.
• To follow up closely with transporters billing (ensure receive billing by weekly basis) and to scan all signed delivery orders enclosed with the billing to shared folders and notify PIC to extract from these folders.
• Record export invoices into excel worksheet after receive claim from transporters.
• Extract production and delivery reports daily.
• Perform all financial transaction posting to ERP system (AR/AP/JV/Receipt/Payments).
• Prepare and submit local sales declaration documents to Custom (Scrap Sales) including scanning of all documents.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in accounting/ finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Meticulous, fast learner and able to work independently.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
