Project Admin is responsible for assisting the Project Executive and taking lead on specific project activities & cost control.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To issue quotation and attend to customer enquiries/issue and work together with project executive.
• To prepare claim, follow up and proper documentation over the project.
• To assist in overall planning, implementation, and execution of projects to ensure successful completion of the projects within set timeline as well as in accordance with approved specification and quality deliverables.
• Responsible to all project’s correspondence and documentations
• All other duties and tasks assigned.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience with Diploma in Civil Engineering or related Engineering Discipline.
• AutoCAD drafting knowledge is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Able to work in a team as well as independently
• Working hour: 5½ days week (8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-2pm)
• Located in Jalan Bagan Lallang, Butterworth.
