Jawatan Kosong QAQC Engineer Chemical Gas Manufacturing Industry in Seremban

QC Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow the SOP for analysis and complete analysis tasks as planned；

2. Responsible for daily inspection and preventive maintenance of the analytical equipment. Sort out the analyzed data, and enter date from lab analyzes into database；

3. Solve problems related to analytical equipment technology, etc;

4. Analyze, send and receive technical documents, and archive documents in accordance with the quality management system and SOP.

5. Learn and adapt to the introduction of new technologies, new equipment, upgrading of existing technologies, and the completion of process upgrades according to market and customer needs.

6. Assist product and sales departments to determine the specification details of new products.

7. Meet production plan according to the sales order of trail production as directed by Management.

8. Help Identify ad provide solutions to problems related to the analysis process of produced product: such as improvements to quality and efficiency issues.

9. Maintain a clean work environment. Keep work area clean and free of at-risk hazards.

10. Complete documents required by quality management system, safety production standardization, customers and the government, and ensure that the documents are filled, and keep the documents as required;

11. Take responsibility for testing production raw materials and other related tests, ensuring compliance with internationally accepted guidelines.

12. Verify non-conformance from customer return, incoming, in-process and outgoing & ensure quality checks and inspections are carried out.

11. Any other related duties that are assigned by management from time to time.

QA Job Responsibilities:

1. Role as the PIC for the company's QA QC documentation control Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

2. Participate in revising and implementing product quality inspection standards and process standards, and supervise the execution of various established product standards.

3. Manage supply chain quality control, regularly evaluate supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and guide supplier quality management and external consultations.

4. Oversee the quality management of the manufacturing process; routinely review internal performance to identify improvement opportunities, ensuring all products and processes consistently meet customer requirements and industry standards.

5. Continuously monitor and manage customer quality performance and feedback; maintain regular communication with customers to identify areas for improvement.

6. Manage the submission of QAQC documentation for approval by consultants.

7. Maintain QAQC records and ensure that all project documentation aligns with the QMS.

8. Report any instances of non-conformance and conduct root cause analysis.

9. Work with suppliers to ensure material quality standards are met, address supplier quality issues, and drive improvement initiatives.

10. Any other related duties that are assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or any equivalent.

2. At least 2 - 5 years of QAQC working experience in the manufacturing fields in chemical industries.

3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

4. Continuously improve knowledge and skills of supervision, data analysis and familiar in problem-solving methodology.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

6. Great team player, multicultural aware and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

7. Result-oriented, possess a strong sense of responsibility, urgency and commitment to meet deadlines.

8. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking HQ team.
