Jawatan Kosong Service Point - Acquisition Lead in Perak Tengah

Job scope:

• Partner acquisition - acquire retail stores to sign up as SPX Service Points, offering parcel collection/drop-off services to Shopee sellers and buyers.
• Every sales agent will be give a list of targeted locations and agents are required to pitch SPX program to the target stores

(or any eligible retail store within 250m radius from targeted locations; eligible stores = opening hours: minimum 5.5 days a week, open until 6PM)

• Handle the entire process from lead acquisition, contract signing, and delivery of POSM, to onboarding and training of the new partners.
• Help team achieve individual target + compile daily reports

Job requirements:

• Good command of Malay, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Good relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Able to pitch confidently & with a driven attitude to achieve sales target
• Outgoing personality and strong negotiation skill
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
• SPM level education or above
• Knowledge in logistics related operation is a plus

Based on location assigned

Working Hours

Mon - Fri, 9:30am to 6:30pm

Working Arrangement

On Ground

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Early shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
