Jawatan Kosong General Purchase Executive in Simpang Ampat

Prepare Purchase Order (PO) to direct material supplier for local and oversea. Liaise and monitoring on shipment arrive to Malaysia, Control related document for Customs clearance process.

• Prepare Purchase Order to direct material supplier for local & oversea branches and CKD ordering base on approved plan.
• Follow up closely with oversea branches on CKD arrive to Malaysia.
• Liaise with oversea branches, shipping agent or insurance company for abnormalities.
• To prepare section reporting to immediate superior.
• To update GIT data and provide to related parties for monthly PO closing month.
• To communicate with CKD branches on Shipping document, Packing list, Bill of Lading, Weight List and all related document for Custom clearance process.
• Create new supplier information into Pronto Systems based on approved audit document.
• All documents must be prepared following ISO requirements.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement(s):

• Bachelor in Business Admin, Logistic or equivalent with experience in related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
