Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Management or equivalent in any field.
• Duration: At least 3 to 6 months (preferable 6 months)

Job Summary

• Assisting the Medical Record Clerk in collecting, compiling data for reporting purpose
• Handling patients’ enquiries, complaints and request pertaining to medical report services
• Retrieve medical folders when requested
• Receiving discharge patients’ notes from the ward, Emergency Department and Drug Chart from the Pharmachyand, check daily collected notes against HIS to affirm correct patients and folder
• Others task as assigned by immediate superior
