Harbour-Link Group Berhad Job Vacancies April 2026

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily toolbox meeting with employees at workplaces.
• Prepare applicable HSE reports or any related report as necessary and documentations.
• Ensure regulatory safety inspection on site, on equipment and tools used by workers.
• Investigate any complaints regarding unsafe working act and unsafe condition.
• Record and investigate on-site incidents/accidents and write details reports.
• Ensure regulatory and safety work awareness signage are adequate.
• Identify areas prone to accident and health hazards, and implement appropriate control measures.
• Assist any HSE programs, meeting, training and related programs.
• Assist to collect HSE reports or necessary documents from branches.
• To ensure that applicable safety, health and environment legal requirements are fulfilled at workplaces.
• Other tasks shall be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or OSH Certificate or equivalent.
• Preferably those with minimum one year related working experience.
• Good Command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Possess valid driving license “D”.
