Job Description:

• Liaise with relevant departments, including Project Management, QAQC, CCC & Defects, Property Management & Customer Relations (PMCR), to communicate defect details and coordination rectification efforts.
• Ensure all records, data and information are recorded and filed up to date.
• Maintain good tracking system to ensure complaints are closed within the stipulated time frame.
• Provide regular and transparent updates to Purchasers on the status of defect rectification efforts.
• Assist to filter defect identified by purchaser via defect apps.
• Responding to residents' complaints and to coordination and attend purchasers defect from start up to closure.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior.

Job Requirement:

• Knowledge in Property Management and/or VP will be added advantage.
• Work location will be either in Idaman BSP (Bandar Saujana Putra)
• Require Skills: Computer literate, i.e., MS Office, Good in both written and spoken
• Good communications skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills and able to work closely with both external and internal stakeholders.
