Requirements:1. Demonstrated critical thinking skills in problem-solving scenarios2. Creativity in generating innovative social media contents3. Advanced Canva and Capcut editing skills.4. Proficiency in Chinese

Responsibilities:1. Social Media Content Creation: Create, schedule, and publish diverse content types (written posts, images, graphics, and videos) across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn etc.). Analyze posts for effectiveness and engagement, and actively monitor social media channels.

2. Online Marketing Trends Analysis: Stay updated on emerging online marketing content trends and incorporate relevant content insights into our strategies to ensure they remain current and effective.

3. Offline Campaign Organization: Coordinate and execute offline competitions and events in collaboration with schools to increase brand awareness and drive student recruitment efforts.

4. Offline Advertising: Implement offline promotional strategies such as billboard placements, poster campaigns, and bunting installations to bolster brand visibility and awareness.
