Jawatan Kosong QA Manager in Kulim

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience related to chemical analysis and quality assurance.
• Have good knowledge in IMS system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
• Experience with process validation, audit management, and risk assessment tools.
• Preferably experience in analysis equipment such as CRDS, GC-DID/PDHID, IC and ICP-MS.
• Analytical, meticulous, well organized and possess a strong work ethic.
• Mature, pleasant personality with good disposition.

GENERAL DUTIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee QA department activities in terms of planning, scheduling, work progress, and team engagement.
• Prepare and monitor annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets and its expenditure
• Ensure starting materials, in-processes and finished products meet required standards and customer specifications.
• Develop, validate, and verify methods related to product quality.
• Review quality data, identify the trends and perform corrective action, and produce quarterly SQC reports.
• Devise a QC plan and monitor its implementation.
• Monitor logs of outgoing products and liaise with local authorities (MoH) for site inspections and audits.
• Prepare and implement corrective and preventive measures for non-conformance products.
• Manage supplier base tasks, including risk assessment, audits, maintaining supplier standards, and supporting internal development.
• Prepare reports to communicate the outcomes of quality activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and related standard.
• Act as part of the Integrated Management System Representative (IMR) for the internal audit and lead the audit team.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lean an internal audit (regulatory, customer, and certification bodies) and managing the audit response.
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with legal requirements and other regulations.
• Engage with and respond to customers' QA-related requests.
• Provide adequate training and awareness to the QA team.
• Collaborate with inter-department in new product development (NPD) to ensure quality and meet customer requirements.
• Perform other QA-related tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
