Jawatan Kosong Parcel POS MALAYSIA Driver - Bintulu in Bintulu

Responsibilities:

• To promote/market OSIM products and services.
• Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
• Responsible in handling all customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
• To update and maintain customer interaction in the database.
• To assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.
• To maintain amicable working relationship with business partners and customers.
• To prepare of monthly reports and documentation (if any).
• To demonstrates professional & technical selling skills and good product knowledge in dealing with customers to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with retail sales experience.
• School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Candidates who are willing to learn and with strong passion to develop their career in sales are also welcome.

Salary Package:

• Basic + Commission + Incentive + Allowances : RM1,950 - RM5,000 monthly
