o Exposure to all phases and aspects of sesame oil operation, including production and packing process, cost management, worker management, administration, production practices, and waste.
o Assists Production Managers to ensure compliance with all Company operating policies, safety procedures and SOP.
o Ensure that machines are well maintained for optimum operation of the production processes.
o Supervise technicians to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs and installations of parts and machines.

Qualifications and Skills:
o Diploma/ Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering/ Electronic & Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
