Key Responsibilities

*Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.

*Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.

*Ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient production practices.

*Collaborate with QA, engineering, and logistics teams to improve processes.

*Manage resources including raw materials, machinery, and manpower.
