Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash collection and update the collection record to the management.
- Checking & ensure the accuracy of daily cashier transaction report.
- Update daily transaction for cash / bank & cheque clearance ledger and cash book.
- Reconciliation and data entry for merchant settlement (eg. card, food panda, grab food & QR pay).
- Conduct asset tagging procedure.
- Monthly reconciliation for clearance account and card settlement account.
- Assist in resolving issue regarding operation cashiering to ensure a seamless financial reporting.
- Document control such as filing.
- Any other task assign by superior / management.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration or related field.
- Must possess strong accounting basic (debit and credit).
- Prefer candidate who can immediately report on duty.
- Strong communication skills as job require candidate to communicate with other department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
