1) Hands On composite application at various worksites or workshop
2) Physically fit due to nature of job
3) Maintain safety in all areas of mandatory/regulatory requirements
4) Communicate daily status of current projects to Lead Technician to ensure all projects are timely and within company and contractor standards
5) Able to speak, read and write basic english
6) Possess basic MS office knowledge
